Northern Echo Publishes Details of the Success of 4 School Leadership Model

Back in September 2019, we launched a pilot scheme to test a pioneering leadership model where four of our member schools: Barton, Ravensworth, East Cowton, and Kirkby Fleetham were placed under the leadership of one Executive Headteacher.

Due to the success of the pilot, the Dales Trust Board are delighted to announce that the four-school model will become a permanent arrangement from January 2021.
