Anti-bullying week and odd sock day

East Cowton recently participated in anti-bullying week and started the week off wearing odd socks to celebrate diversity and difference. We thought about what the world would be like if we were all the same and decided that would be very boring! We also talked about what bullying is and how we all need to take responsibility for looking after each other and making sure bullying does not happen at our schools.

Bonfire Lunch at East Cowton

It was a shame for the children that they were not able to celebrate bonfire night in the same way as they usually do, but our cooks served them up a bonfire lunch with delicious burgers, wedges , salad and bonfire buns – what a treat!

Tree Planting

This afternoon, year 6 at Trinity Academy Eppleby Forcett and Middleton Tyas headed out to the school fields to plant some trees; crab apples to be precise. We chose to plant them in ‘The Meadow’ at the back of the football field. Here are some pictures of a great afternoon.

General Knowledge Quiz Team

The fantastic General Knowledge Quiz Team from Trinity Academy Richmond went to Brompton-on-Swale School to take part in the Area Heats. Having to answer questions including: history, geography and maths. They showed some fantastic displays of teamwork answering some very tricky questions. Well done Team Trinity.

All Saints Academy has received the highest grading of excellent

We are thrilled to share the outcome of our recent SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools). The inspection took place on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th of March. The academy has received the highest grading of excellent, including excellent for Collective Worship and the effectiveness of Religious Education. Trinity Academy Richmond End of Year Production: Peter Pan

This afternoon and this evening, the annual Trinity Academy Richmond Years 5 and 6 production took place. This years show was ‘Peter Pan’, a fitting show for the end of primary school for the year 6 children. The children were amazing from start to finish. The actors sang their songs and delivered their lines perfectly. But not forgetting all the behind the scenes work from the technical managers, stage designers and costume/props managers who made all this possible. Well done years 5...

All Saints Celebration Evening 2018

This year’s Celebration Evening held on Monday 16th July celebrated not only the successes of our students’ achievements and efforts over the past year, but also marked the retirement of our Headteacher Mr Kevin Mann. Kevin is the founding Headteacher, who built the academy up from the start. After 13 years of dedicated service to All Saints Academy he has chosen to retire leaving behind an academy which has been awarded Outstanding status by Ofsted and SIAMs the Church Schools inspectorate....
